Jo-Wilfried Tsonga: "The best is yet to come"!

Convinced he can win a Grand Slam title!

The claycourt season has just been started but he is already looking forward to the upcoming tournament series on his favorite ground: gras!
Prior to Wimbedon Tsonga chooses to play in Queens, a tennis tournament that has a special place in his heart. Why? Because
  • He entered the Top 100 for the first time at Queen’s Club when he beat Lleyton Hewitt who was ranked No. 1 at that time
  • It's the place where he performed the "Tsonga dance" (points his thumbs to his back) for the first time
  • The audience of Queens is crazy about the Frenchmen
Tsonga is currently ranked 8 on the ATP world ranking. Although he has never won a Grand Slam title he has beaten all top 4 tennis players at least once during a Grand Slam tournament. The 27-year old believes that the best is yet to come. He tries to make every day in training "a day to remember”, which says alot about his attitude.

Who knows, maybe we see the friendly Frenchmen soon holding up the trophy on the centercourt of Wimbledon.
